Toyo Games and Apps ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website at toyo.games and our mobile and TV apps.

1. Website (toyo.games)
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic (for example, page views and referrers). Plausible is designed to avoid cookies and personal data collection; it does not track you across other sites.

2. Our apps
We build many experiences to be offline-first: gameplay and personal data often stay on your device. Network features may send only what is needed for that session (for example, display names or game state for multiplayer). See each app's product privacy page for specifics.

4. Children and COPPA
Several of our apps are designed for children and families. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws where they apply. Our kids apps are built to be offline-first, ad-free, and without behavioral advertising.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. Our kids mobile apps minimize data collection — gameplay progress typically stays on the device. If a multiplayer feature requires a display name, we do not require real names, email addresses, or account registration for children to play.
