Toyo Games is committed to providing fun, safe experiences for families. Users agree to:

• Use appropriate display names suitable for all ages
• Participate in good faith and encourage positive interactions
• Respect other players, especially younger family members
• Not create inappropriate content in drawing or story games
• Use Toyo Family for genuine family bonding purposes

Toyo Family is designed to be played with parental supervision. Children under 13 should play with a parent or guardian present. The parent or guardian assumes responsibility for ensuring appropriate use.

We recommend parents host games from the TV/main screen so they can monitor all gameplay and player interactions.

Toyo Family may offer optional paid features, premium content, or ways to support the app. Core gameplay may be free; paid options are optional and not required to join a session as a player.

Payments are processed by Stripe and, where applicable, by your app store or platform billing (for example Apple App Store or Google Play). You may be asked to provide payment information directly to Stripe or your platform. By completing a purchase, you also agree to that provider's terms and privacy policy. Toyo Games does not receive your full card number on our own game servers.

See Stripe's policy at stripe.com/privacy. Prices and taxes are shown before you confirm. Unless required by law or platform rules, charges are final. Refunds follow the applicable payment provider or store policies.

All game content, questions, interface designs, and app logic are the intellectual property of Toyo Games or our partners. Redistribution, resale, or modification beyond personal family use requires written permission.

Toyo Family collects minimal data for gameplay purposes only. Player names and avatars exist only during game sessions. We do not require accounts and do not store persistent user data.

Toyo Games may roll out updates that add new game types, features, or adjust functionality. Game servers may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. If you disagree, discontinue use and contact support for assistance.

Toyo Family is provided "as is" for entertainment and family bonding purposes. We are not responsible for:

• Temporary service interruptions or connectivity issues
• Content created by users (drawings, story contributions, player names)
• Results of games or family disputes during gameplay

We strive to provide a positive, family-friendly experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
