Toyo Party is designed for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using this app, you confirm that you are of legal age to consume alcohol in your location (typically 18-21+ depending on your country/state).

Drinking games can be played without alcohol, but the content and themes are intended for adult audiences.

Toyo Games is committed to providing fun, safe party experiences. Users agree to:

• Use appropriate display names (have fun, but be respectful)
• Participate in good faith without intentionally ruining the experience for others
• Respect other players and their boundaries
• Not use the game to harass, bully, or target specific individuals
• Drink responsibly and know your limits

Toyo Party includes drinking game mechanics. By using this app, you acknowledge:

• Drinking alcohol carries health risks
• You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption
• You should never drink and drive
• Games can be played with non-alcoholic beverages
• Know when to stop — it's just a game!

Toyo Games is not responsible for any consequences resulting from alcohol consumption during gameplay.

All game content, questions, interface designs, and app logic are the intellectual property of Toyo Games or our partners. Redistribution, resale, or modification beyond personal use requires written permission.

Toyo Party may offer optional paid features, premium content, or ways to support the app. Core gameplay may be free; paid options are optional and not required to join a session as a player.

Payments are processed by Stripe and, where applicable, by your app store or platform billing (for example Apple App Store or Google Play). You may be asked to provide payment information directly to Stripe or your platform. By completing a purchase, you also agree to that provider's terms and privacy policy. Toyo Games does not receive your full card number on our own game servers.

See Stripe's policy at stripe.com/privacy. Prices and taxes are shown before you confirm. Unless required by law or platform rules, charges are final. Refunds follow the applicable payment provider or store policies.

Toyo Party collects minimal data for gameplay purposes only. Player names and avatars exist only during game sessions. We do not require accounts and do not store persistent user data.

Toyo Party is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We are not responsible for:

• Consequences of alcohol consumption
• Temporary service interruptions or connectivity issues
• Content created by users (player names, confessions if applicable)
• Outcomes of games or social situations during parties
• Any actions taken based on game prompts or results
